Burlington Vermont eMotorCycle on the Burlington greenway. No Pedals, well over 750 watts. Doing a wheelie into a blind corner. Operator is less than minimum age, on a vehicle specifically not legal for him AND public streets without a license. Illegal and very, very dangerous. What is more he was filming me. Which I take as a threat. So you can add assault to this as well, as I now have a reasonable fear of bodily harm. Someone needs to do something about this.
