September Redfish in Mosquito Lagoon

I had a great morning of fishing and was able to sight fish and land five nice redfish. However, conditions for sight fishing have been getting more and more difficult over the past few weeks as visibility has continued to decrease. The vibrant "meadows" (as I've seen them called) of seagrass are no longer dense and bright green, but rather many are covered with a mat of reddish-brown dead seagrass filaments. And I suspect the increased turbidity and proportion of dead seagrass biomatter versus live grass is lowering dissolved oxygen.
