Ashford and District 10K race

A very warm 10k race today in Ashford in Kent. And another race brilliantly organised by Nice Work! Chuck in some hills and a cycling event going in the opposite direction and you have a race which was definitely interesting. Two years after I ran the A&D 10k, which was the first race I ran following my move to Ashford, I was back. Slightly warmer though as the race was moved from February to May. But a great morning out running and a lot of positives following my recovery from Brighton and a bit of an injury. #running #runningmotivation #runningtips #morningrun #morningroutine
