If you are exhausted from constantly thinking about “Will he come back?”, “When will he text me?”, “Is my manifestation working?”, “What should I do next?” — this video is for you.
Sometimes, the more desperately we try to make something happen, the more attached we become to the outcome. We keep checking the 3D, looking for signs, trying new manifestation techniques, wondering whether we are doing something wrong… and slowly, manifestation itself becomes another source of anxiety.
In this video, I want to show you a very different approach — Naam Jap for love manifestation.
Not as another technique that you perform for 20 minutes and then immediately check whether your person has returned.
But as a practice through which you gradually learn to let go of control, surrender the outcome, and become peaceful even while your desire is still alive.
In this video, we’ll talk about:
✨ Why you don't need to feel guilty for doing Naam Jap for a worldly desire
If you started taking Bhagwan's Naam because you want your relationship back, want your specific person, or want love in your life — does that make your devotion selfish? We’ll explore why you don't need to get trapped in this guilt.
✨ Why Naam Jap can change your relationship with manifestation
Manifestation can sometimes become an endless cycle of checking, waiting, doubting and trying another technique. Naam Jap can help you step out of that constant need to control the outcome.
✨ How to choose your Naam
If you have faith in a particular deity, how can you choose the Naam or mantra that feels right for you?
✨ What if Naam Jap feels mechanical in the beginning?
You don't have to force yourself to immediately feel devotion, emotion or Bhav. We’ll talk about what to do when chanting initially feels repetitive or mechanical.
✨ My 20-minute Naam Jap practice
I'll share the simple way I personally approach my Naam Jap practice, including using the breath along with the Naam.
✨ How to use your breath while chanting
A simple breathing rhythm can help bring your attention back to the Naam instead of allowing the mind to constantly wander toward your desire and the outcome.
✨ Don't suppress your desire
You don't have to pretend that you don't want him anymore. You don't have to force yourself to “let go” of the person or the desire.
The deeper shift is from desire without desperation.
✨ Surrender the HOW
You can have a genuine desire for a particular person or relationship without trying to control exactly how, when and through which route it has to happen.
✨ Don't turn Naam Jap into a transaction
Naam Jap shouldn't become:
“I will chant for 20 minutes, and now Bhagwan has to give me what I asked for.”
The deeper purpose is to gradually move from demanding an outcome to surrendering the outcome.
✨ What to do when you still miss him
Letting go doesn't mean forgetting someone or never thinking about them again. When the thought comes, you can acknowledge it without feeding the thought — and gently return to the Naam.
The deeper message
You may start Naam Jap because you want him.
You may start because you want your relationship back.
You may start because you want something that currently feels impossible.
And that's okay.
But sometimes, when you keep taking the Naam, something deeper begins to happen.
The desire may still be there… but the desperation starts leaving.
You stop asking every day:
“When will he come back?”
And slowly, your relationship with Bhagwan becomes more important than constantly checking your reality for evidence.
You started for him…
but you may find God. 🙏
If you're trying to manifest love, a specific person, marriage or reconciliation, I hope this video helps you approach manifestation from a place of faith, surrender and inner peace — rather than anxiety and constant chasing.
