Zion National Park, Mt.Carmel Hwy, and Kolob Canyons - Utah, July 2026

Video consisting of our trip through Zion National Park. Starting with six stops via the scenic shuttle drive, which is the only way to go through that section of the park during busy season. After that, we drive through the portion that allows private vehicles which connects into Zion-Mt.Carmel Highway. It includes the scenic drive up the canyon, through Zion-Mount Carmel Tunnel, and views of the Great Arch, Checkerboard Mesa, etc. and a stop at 8 overlooks on the way back. Filmed with an Insta360 X5 camera in 360 and reframed for a flat video, capturing many of the more significant scenes while keeping the video short. 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, 2" AEV lift, 37" BFG KO3 tires. There will be a series of videos covering our trip out West in July of 2026. From Michigan to Utah, Arizona, a quick stop in New Mexico, and then to Colorado for a week, before returning home. First week of the trip includes: Moab, Capitol Reef National Park, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park (including Kolob Canyons portion), Mt Carmel Highway, Peekaboo Slot Canyon, Grand Canyon, The 4 Corners, Mesa Verde National Park. And then once in Colorado the trip centers around various mountain passes and trails, located around the towns Silverton, Ouray, and Telluride. Including Red Mountain, Corkscrew Gulch, Hurricane Pass, California Pass, Picayne Gulch, Yankee Boy, Imogene Pass, Ophir Pass, Black Bear Pass, Engineer Pass, Cinnamon Pass, Mineral Creek, Mineral Point, and Poughkeepsie Gulch. Five of these passes are Jeep "Badge of Honor" trails. Videos to come.
