Beauty Spot to Straw's Bridge Lake

A trip down the trail that used to be an old railway track ending at what used to be an opencast mine. I lived in Kirk Hallam as a kiddie and I'm old enough to remember when the railway was in use and Beauty Spot was a great place to go on a Sunday afternoon. My great uncle Jack Knighton used to build model steam engines and run them on a raised track near the boathouse at Beauty Spot.
