Twelve years on, water woes persist in Mothutlung

Twelve years after four Mothutlung residents were fatally shot by police during a protest over water, access to water remains a challenge. The National Department of Water and Sanitation subsequently stripped Madibeng Municipality of its Water Services Authority status and appointed Magalies Water to oversee water services.
