Thee-o & Louis Love - Live on Powertools 1993

This recording is from two separate episodes of the renowned Powertools radio show that aired on 106 FM in Los Angeles. Thee-o delivers a killer hard trance mix from the early 90s, laced with just the right amount of acid. Louis throws down an insane set of early hardcore on Side B, which includes a personal favorite track, "Interactive - Amok" Richard "Humpty" Vission created Powertools in 1992, during the peak of the underground rave scene in LA. Powertools quickly became an essential platform for the LA underground techno scene, providing ravers with authentic and cutting-edge mixes from the best underground DJs of the time. For the sake of nostalgia, all commentary and commercials have been kept intact; I especially love the ads for the upcoming raves :) Side A: 00:00 (Thee-o) Side B: 29:21 (Louis Love)
