We love music in our family, but we found it increasingly difficult to find songs for our children that were genuinely fun and singable while still leaving room for a child's imagination and mind to encounter God. So we decided to try something different. JesusRoots has grown out of a long-brewing idea that eventually became a calling—a responsibility to create something encouraging and helpful for parents and children. Something that speaks the love of Jesus into homes and everyday life. We believe children are incredible reflections of their Creator. Rather than rushing them toward adulthood, we want to nurture their sense of wonder, gratitude, joy, and genuine love for Jesus. These songs are intentionally rooted in organic vocals, acoustic instrumentation, children's voices, and simple melodies—music we hope children and parents will fall in love with and want to sing again and again.
