Taste Test! HYDROPONIC VS SOIL GROWN BEEFSTEAK TOMATO.

We finally have Beefsteak tomatoes ripening in our hydroponic house. So as promised we did a taste test comparison of Hydroponic grown Beefsteak VS. Soil grown Beefsteak. The variety we tested was BIG DENA. I should have let them ripen a bit more, but they were still okay to test. I will, however, do another video with riper tomatoes soon and I will test the INSPIRE variety next. This was our first harvest out of the hydroponic house, so I thought it was a great time to video. There really wasn't much of a difference other than the texture. The variety we are growing in both greenhouses are INSPIRE and BIG DENA, from PARAMOUNT SEEDS. ENJOY!
