Safar-e-Khudi — Session 03 | The Inner Battle What are the greatest enemies of Khudi? In the third session of Safar-e-Khudi, we turn inward to explore the battles that quietly take place within us. Drawing from the thought and poetry of Allama Muhammad Iqbal, this session explores four powerful enemies of the self: Khauf — Fear Hirs — Greed Ghulami — Slavery of the body and mind Hasab-o-Nasab — Pride of race, lineage, and tribe Iqbal reminds us that the greatest chains are not always visible. A person may be physically free yet remain imprisoned by fear, desire, dependence, or the opinions of others. More importantly, these enemies do not exist in isolation. They reinforce one another—and Iqbal points us toward Tawheed as the master key that can liberate the Khudi from all four. This session is an invitation to ask ourselves an uncomfortable but necessary question: Which of these enemies has quietly found a place within my own heart? And once we recognize it, are we willing to begin the daily battle of freeing ourselves? 🎙️ Series: Safar-e-Khudi 📖 Session 03: The Inner Battle 🗓️ Recording: August 12, 2026 Watch the complete session and begin the journey inward.
