Guadalajara Walking Tour 🇲🇽 | Paseo Alcalde to the Cathedral

Walk through the heart of Guadalajara, Mexico, from La Normal to the historic center. This immersive walking tour follows Paseo Fray Antonio Alcalde, one of Guadalajara’s most iconic pedestrian corridors. Along the way, we pass beneath rows of trees, encounter cyclists and local life, discover historic churches and traditional businesses, and slowly make our way toward the center of the city. The walk also takes us past “Árbol Adentro,” the striking sculpture by Mexican artist José Fors, before reaching the Rotonda de los Jaliscienses Ilustres and continuing toward Guadalajara Cathedral. The journey ends at Plaza Guadalajara, in front of the cathedral, where the energy of the historic center takes over. No narration. No music.
