This was one seriously epic father-and-son cycling adventure! We started down in Bauang, La Union, near sea level, and climbed all the way up to Baguio City. The higher we climbed, the tougher it got. Steep roads, endless climbing, tired legs—and David just kept pushing. 💪🚴‍♂️ At 11 years old, David took on a mountain climb that would be considered Hors Catégorie (HC) territory in professional cycling—the kind of climb reserved for the toughest mountains in races like the Tour de France. And after all that climbing came the reward… 😱🔥 THE DESCENT! Fast roads, mountain scenery, and the thrill of flying back down from Baguio. This isn't about being a professional cyclist.
