Chhena means Paneer or Cottage Cheese and Kadali means Banana or Kela . Chakata means mashing with fingers . Mashing of cottage cheese and banana with fingers is called CHAKATA . Jagannath Mahaprabhu likes this Mahaprasad in the morning means in Breakfast time . Chhena Chakata and Kadali Chakata both are different dishes . In Kadali Chakata there is no need of any ingredients but in Chhena Chakata some ingredients are added which I am showing in the video .
