Love, Beni ほうれん草とベーコンのケークサレ ♡ ⬥ 薄力粉 １００ｇ ⬥ ベーキングパウダー ３ｇ ⬥卵: ２個 ⬥牛乳 １００c c ⬥塩 小さじ １／２ ⬥チーズ（粉でもプロセスでも）５０ｇ ⬥ベーコン（ハーフサイズ）４枚 ⬥玉ねぎ １／２個 ⬥ほうれん草 適量 ⬥ 塩こしょう 少々 ① オーブンを１８０度に予熱しておく。 ② ベーコンは細切り、玉ねぎはみじん切りにする。 ③ フライパンでベーコンを炒め、玉ねぎとほうれん草も加え、炒める。塩こしょうで味付けをする。 ④ ボールに卵、牛乳、オリーブオイル、塩、チーズを入れ、混ぜる。 ⑤ ４のボールに３の具材を入れ、混ぜる。 ⑥ 粉類をふるいながら加え、さっくりと混ぜる。 ⑦ 生地を型に入れ、３０分ほど焼く。竹串を刺して、何も付いてこなければ焼き上がり。 ⑧ 型から取りだし、粗熱が取れたら切り分ける。 Cake Salé Recipe ♡ ⬥Flour 100g ⬥Baking Powder 3g ⬥2 Eggs ⬥Milk 100c ⬥1/2 tsp salt ⬥cheese (powdered or processed) 50g ⬥4 Half-size pieces of bacon ⬥1/2 Onion ⬥Spinach (frozen) ⬥Pinch of salt and pepper 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and chop the onion. 3. Saute bacon in a frying pan, add onion and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. 4.In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, olive oil, salt and cheese. 5. Add the bacon, onion, and spinach into the bowl with eggs, milk, olive oil, salt, and cheese. 6. Add the dry ingredients - flour mixture, sifted together, and mix briefly. 7.
