My first Muay Thai lesson in Chiang Mai, and I kept saying sorry! 😂 Can I get my punches and kicks right before the training ends? On my last day in central Chiang Mai, I wanted to experience Thailand's famous martial art for myself. I was excited about our private training session at White Thai Gym, but I was also worried about my long nails! My trainer patiently showed me how to keep my hands up, throw punches, use my elbows, and practice kicks. Following his instructions was not always easy, especially when I had to remember the combinations.
