Summer Journal Pt.5 (trying to deal with the summer heat)

After contemplating for a few days I decided to buy protein powder since I ran out but the flavour I wanted was sold out so I had to stick with the matcha flavour. Once again the summer heat is unbearable but the coffee stop at a famous cafe in Athens was life saving.
