Tessa Mitchell is the new senior partner at the Schibley Law Firm. Her first day on the job is going swimmingly until she is confronted by one staff member, Sharon. Sharon takes one look at Tessa and immediately assumes she is a new lower level staff member and begins barking orders at her.
