A day trip to Annapolis

For our first day trip out of DC, we took a bus to Annapolis. It was the only public transportation available (and only $20 roundtrip), but our bus broke down on the side of the highway...nevertheless we still had a great day in the capitol of Maryland. We enjoyed crab dip and the "crush" drinks at Choptank, a fun boat cruise to see Annapolis and the Naval Academy from the harbor, and finally some ice cream to end the day. Definitely worth the day trip - if you get a working bus!
