I Wanna Meander With Miranda - Scott Wood and his Orchestra

Pianist George Scott Wood is much in evidence in this attractive performance of "I wanna meander with Miranda". Sidney Lipton recorded the tune as part of a medley from the film "Sitting Pretty", without a vocal chorus. Scott Wood was the only British bandleader to record a full length version. Recorded 4th January 1934 Vocal chorus by Sam Browne ** Transfer and video by Jonathan Holmes **
