HAWEN Low-Level Palletizing System | Depalletizing, Strapping & Water Dipping‪@hawenmachinery‬

From initially cured bricks to strapped stacks ready for further curing—see how HAWEN’s low-level palletizing system connects the process. 🏭 This system handles concrete bricks after initial curing. It removes the bricks from their production pallets, returns the empty pallets for reuse, and prepares the bricks for stacking, strapping, whole-stack water dipping, and further curing. The configuration shown in this video includes a brick depalletizer, pallet recovery equipment, a cubing unit, a lance-type strapping machine, and a water-dipping unit. ▪ Brick Depalletizing After initial curing, the depalletizer removes the bricks from their production pallets, separating the bricks and pallets for the next stages. ▪ Pallet Recovery The empty production pallets are collected and returned for reuse in the brick-making process. ▪ Brick Cubing and Strapping The bricks are arranged into stacks and secured using a lance-type strapping machine, preparing them for subsequent handling. ▪ Whole-Stack Water Dipping The strapped stacks are immersed in water as complete units before being transferred for further curing. By bringing these operations together, the system helps reduce manual handling, organize pallet circulation, and coordinate the movement of bricks between production and curing. The right configuration depends on your brick dimensions, production pallet size, stacking requirements, factory layout, and curing process.
