Gross Exaggeration

The plaintiff says the unscrupulous defendant is a former landlord who is making up false charges to keep his security deposit. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff has a drinking problem and broke the door down when he locked himself out. He claims he also left bedsheets covered in blood and feces. 29-030
