Pastor's Note: Sept 23

Last week I shared about the chance to go to the "Toward Canada" retreat. As we think about our church's connections with Reformed communities, with Multicultural communities, and with other Christians in Calgary. Today I'm wondering about our personal connections. We sometimes talk about the "Kingdom of God", but this is a kingdom that doesn't come with force, but with humility--it comes as the speed of relationships. This week, I want to invite you to wonder what God wants for you and for others--and how God might invite you to participate in bringing his kingdom--his goodness and flourishing and wholeness--in the places we live. This Sunday, we're looking at how "God Heals our Bodies". There is such complexity and beauty there--but also limitations and challenges. Wonder how he does it? Join us this Sunday!
