Round Three of the KTM 990 RC R CUP turned up the heat at Hockenheim – literally! With temperatures soaring to a record-breaking 42°C, the riders faced their toughest test of the 2026 series so far. The KTM 990 RC R CUP is all about giving ambitious racers the chance to compete on equal machinery, develop their skills, and experience racing the KTM way. And with every spot on the grid now sold out, the competition is only getting stronger. With Rider Mentor Jonas Folger away on testing duties, our very own Gareth Davidson swapped out hosting duties for the training duties, working directly with the riders to help them find more speed and improve their performance throughout the weekend. There were new faces on the grid too, bringing plenty of excitement and fresh competition to an already fiercely contested series.
