If you are neurodivergent and/or have CPTSD like me, sometimes feelings can be overwhelming. Sometimes thoughts can be intrusive and staying in the 'now' is very hard. That's when I need a break. For me, repetitive motion visual stimuli work best, and it also helps me to fall asleep, so I'm hoping it will help you too. I designed this video to be a short get-away, where the visual stimuli is provided and predictable, so you can reset your mind and start fresh.
For the neurotypical friends out there: In today's fast-paced world, everybody needs a break sometimes. Use this video to relax from your daily duties, concentrate on something else or just forget for a while.
I have added a music track to this video but feel free to mute and use your own favourite music. Put on your headphones and relax!
DISCLAIMER! This video is for entertainment and relaxation purposes only and is NOT medical advice. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please reach out to a licensed medical professional!
I have used AI in the creation process to help make my ideas come to life as I also struggle with CPTSD and depression. My ability variations leave me with limited energy; an insufficient amount for everyday life and creation processes.
