This Girl Is DESTROYING World Records – Even Allyson Felix Is STUNNED! – Shanoya Douglas

Shanoya Douglas is rapidly becoming one of Jamaica’s most exciting young sprinting talents, and her stunning 22.11-second 200m performance has placed her alongside one of the greatest sprinters in history: Allyson Felix. At just 18, Douglas matched Felix’s 22.11 on the world U20 all-time list while continuing to rewrite Jamaican junior and championship records. This video takes you through the remarkable rise of Shanoya Douglas — from a young athlete training with boys in Jamaica to becoming one of the fastest teenage sprinters in the world. Here’s what you’ll discover: • The 22.11 breakthrough: How Douglas shattered a 13-year-old Carifta Games record in Grenada and produced the fastest 200m ever by a Caribbean woman under 20. • Her rapid rise in Jamaica: Just nine days earlier, Douglas had run 22.36 at the Jamaican national school championships, breaking Briana Williams’ Jamaican U20 200m record before improving again at Carifta. • From setbacks to stardom: Her journey includes struggling at her first Champs, enduring difficult conditions at the 2024 World U20 Championships, and learning from a rare defeat early in 2026. • The Eugene World U20 Championships: Douglas arrived as the world leader in both sprints, then earned silver in the 100m and 200m before anchoring Jamaica to a world-leading U20 4x100m performance. • The Allyson Felix connection: What Douglas’ 22.11 actually means on the world U20 all-time list — and why claims that Felix was “stunned” by Douglas are not supported by a documented reaction.
