This Is NOT the Zelda I Expected | The Adventures of Link Gameplay

Radio Matt continues his journey through the NES Classics library on Nintendo Switch with Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, and immediately discovers that this is not the Zelda game he expected. Side-scrolling combat, towns full of cryptic advice, dark caves, random encounters, skeleton men, missing candles, and one very famous NPC quickly turn Matt's adventure into a confusing battle for survival. After struggling to figure out where to go and getting increasingly frustrated with the constant enemy encounters, Matt has to decide how this strange Zelda sequel compares to the original.
