Setting up to lower w/ RPM

To set up an RPM as a lowering device, first build a bomb-proof anchor (low to the ground, not directly over the victim, avoiding sharp edges, not needing to be moved) Next, connect the RPM to the anchor leaving the rack connected to the collection plate Starting at the hyperbar, weave the rope through each of the bars, using the trainig groove to assist. Continue this until ready to tie off
