Cozy Autumn Slow Living 🍎 Baking Bread, Apple Jam, Hand Painting & Picking Figs & Flowers

A slow autumn day at home 🍂 picking flowers, planting herbs, baking sourdough bread, hand painting a ceramic cup, and cooking from scratch in my little kitchen. In this cozy slow living vlog, I fill the kitchen table with fresh flowers, plant sage, pepper and basil, and start a whole wheat sourdough loaf with my homemade starter. While the dough rests, I enjoy a warm cup of tea, then we continue the cup we shaped together in my last pottery video 🏺 This time, we're hand painting and coloring it with soft, natural shades before it goes into the kiln. Back in the kitchen, I make apple jam with ripe apples from the garden, cook a traditional dish of fresh green beans with meat and tomatoes, and preserve homemade labneh balls in olive oil. The next day, I pick figs from the tree (the birds got there first 🐦), hand paint an autumn table runner, and finally bake the bread, served warm with apple jam and fresh labneh.
