FALLOUT 4 - Spectacle Island Settlement Build - NO MODS

Well here it is, SPECTACLE ISLAND CITY. This took a silly amount of work so I really hope you enjoy it. Gone all out to cover as much of the Island as possible, without sacrificing detail or interest and it’s definitely pushed the limits of the PS5s hardware (as usual ha ha). P.S. There was a fancy front gate…. Bit I couldn’t get it stable and it crashed the save file …. It was so pretty, but it had to go...
