DESCRIPTION: This video records a severe traffic violation and dangerous driving under Vegtrafikkloven § 3. While I was riding an electric scooter (el-sparkesykkel) at a steady, legal speed of 20 km/h across the Sortland Bridge, a white Mercedes-Benz (BS 82914) approached aggressively from behind. Despite a completely clear oncoming lane, the driver refused to change lanes and instead performed an extremely close and hazardous overtake, intentionally squeezing me toward the edge of the bridge while continuously honking. Crucially, at 05:36, it is clearly visible that the passenger in the vehicle was purposefully filming me on a mobile phone, showing that this harassment was premeditated.
