Sticky Buns in bulk recipe // Come bake with me

I'm preparing Sticky Buns for a bake sale this weekend. Kathy Zook's Cinnamon Roll Recipe 1 Quart Milk 2 C Potatoes, Mashed 1 C Shortening or oil 3 T Yeast 1 C Sugar 2 Eggs 2 T Salt 12-14 C Flour Mix as any yeast dough and let rise until doubled. Work down and let rise again until almost double. Shape into cinnamon rolls. Place in pans and let raise again. You want the dough to be sticky that's what makes soft rolls. Also this are best baked in glass pie pans.
