After years of debating, searching, planning, and waiting, the day has finally arrived! Our Nissan Safari Y61 has officially landed in British Columbia, Canada! Watching this legendary Japanese 4x4 arrive on a tow truck was a special moment. What started as a dream of building a capable, reliable, long-distance expedition vehicle is finally becoming reality. Powered by the legendary 4.2L TD42T turbo diesel engine, this Nissan Safari will become the foundation of our next overlanding project. But this is just the beginning! Our vision is to gradually transform this Safari into a serious expedition vehicle, capable of exploring remote wilderness, rugged mountain trails, and some of the most spectacular and isolated places in Canada - and hopefully far beyond. There is a long journey ahead: inspections, maintenance, mechanical upgrades, off-road modifications, and plenty of adventures along the way.
