Surly straggler overview. #gravelbikebuild #gravelbike #surlybike #surlystraggler

This is a build we finished over a year ago and as it was back in the shop for a new chain I took the opportunity to do an overview of this good example of what an adventure bike should be. unfortunately surly goes as far as to describe the straggler as cyclocross and gravel race ready, which is a huge over reach. Is it great at what it does? Yes. 0:00 - 0:42 intro 0:42 - 2:32 Fork dropouts 2:32 - 3:08 Accessory Braze-ons 3:08 - 4:01 Fork crown 4:01 - 4:37 Head tube 4:37 - 5:11 Down tube cable adjusters 5:11 - 5:42 Front derailleur 5:42 - 6:06 Seat tube cluster 6:06 - 6:53 Seat stay accessory braze-ons 6:53 - 7:34 Drive side rear dropout 7:34 - 8:18 Non drive side rear dropout 8:18 - 8:51 seat stay accessory braze-ons 8:51 - 9:16 Seat post collar 9:16 - 10:02 Bottom bracket 10:02 - 10:16 Top tube 10:16 - 10:45 Head tube geometry 10:45 - 11:11 Fork accessory mounts 11:11 - 12:49 End
