Clinical Reasoning 03: Problem Representation

Again a first draft on clinical reasoning and this one is the formation of a problem representation. The assignment in this case would be to take a case and form a problem representation by first creating a problem list, then process it using semantic qualifiers and other medical terms, organize it using a patient illness script and finally assembling it together into a problem represntation
