Didier Snoeck, Gustavo Colonnetti Medalist 2018

Lecture "Superabsorbent polymers to seal and heal cracks in cementitious materials" by Didier Snoeck on Tuesday 20 March 2018 at the 1st RILEM Spring Convention and Workshop on Advances in Durability and New Construction Materials in Honour of Prof. Antonio Aguado in Barcelona, Spain. Dr. Didier Snoeck, Magnel Laboratory for Concrete Research - Ghent University is one of the two 2018 Gustavo Colonnetti Medalists. The Gustavo Colonnetti Medal, established in 2016, is given in recognition of a researcher of less than 35 years for outstanding scientific contribution to the field of construction materials and structures. It is given in memory of the first RILEM President who was also one of the co-founders of the association.
