Building Futures: Education, Leadership and West Auckland’s Next Generation with Nathan Villars

Nathan shares how his career in education began almost by chance after completing a science degree, and how 35 years later he is still deeply committed to teaching, leadership and student development. He reflects on the early days of ACG Sunderland, which began with just 66 students, and the opportunity to help build the school from the ground up with a clear focus on academics, sport, music, house culture and Cambridge pathways.
