MY Special | Sambal Oelek

Requested video! We make our own Sambal Oelek! This is a sauce that can be used for a variety of dishes. From minced meat sauce to tacos, sallads and much more! The store-bought Sambal oelek tends to be very salty and sour, at least in my local area. Our own, homemade, Sambal Oelek has a much richer flavor and is much less salty and can be used for even more dishes! Please enjoy!
