Ruminating in the Waiting Room of the Game of Life

Most of us are feeling this sensation of being in an energetic “waiting room” where the old is no longer and the new is not quite here yet. The urge to sprint forward with some semblance of clarity for some life aspects is absent, yet we seem to be holding our positions as preparation for when the environment is conducive for the next steps. In this episode, I’m holding space for a quick check in for us, and sort of a two-month update on the podcast. Fun things are coming up in the following three months, so I hope you are as excited as I am in getting to some milestones at In Silence and Future Humans. Key talking points: -Podcast is two months old -Check in: heartspace, headspace -Past two weeks: IRL meetings -Zero point -Practice of silence -Appreciating life and its gifts -Reflection: uture of humanity -Game of life -Gratitude for the community -Remembering our purpose (it’s in your cells) Thank you for watching and spending your precious time here.
