Because You Love Me ❤️ Another version of my biggest song… but this one is extra special. As Musical Director of the Gary Moore Legacy Concert at ‪@OpenAirBluesFestivalBrezoi‬ in #Brezoi #Vâlcea Romania. I wanted Act 3 to be about exactly what the title suggests... legacy and connection. That meant performing one of my own songs. I chose Because You Love Me because, over the past few years, I've watched a young Romanian guitarist from @AndreiCerbuBand grow into an incredible musician. He covered my song for his own fans, and every year I promised him that one day we'd perform it together. This was that moment. It may be my song, but this was his moment to shine in front of the world. ❤️ A huge thank you to the incredible musicians of Adi Tetrade Band with Alex, Raul and Ali, for the love, dedication and countless hours they poured into making this show so special. It was an honour to share the stage with you all. This song began as a letter to my daughter. Today, it belongs to so many people, and watching the next generation breathe new life into it is something I'll never forget. I hope you enjoy this performance. It was part of a production involving more than 40 amazing people in Brezoi. I'll be sharing more from the Gary Moore Legacy Concert very soon.
