1st Year Pole Vault Progression (0’-11’6”)

I am a part of the class of 2021 and I started pole vault at the end of April/beginning of May 2018. I took as many videos as I could along the way. I was a gymnast for 13 years and pole vault is the first sport I’ve done since I quit that can even compare to how much I enjoyed gymnastics when I was younger. Can’t wait to keep pushing and getting better!!
