Flea Market Finds That Look Expensive — Wait For The Prices!

A flea market with so many watches for sale, a set that might be real silver and a mysterious lighter — this place had something for everyone. Our flea market really does have everything. Right at the start there were so many watches for sale — men's and women's, some worn out, some looking almost new. Then came the glassware: beautiful wine glasses, cups, shot glasses, salad bowls and stacks of plates, including a Polish set. Further along there was a sugar bowl, a little decorative shoe, an ashtray, vases, a small decanter and a lovely figurine. One seller kept trying to convince me to buy her set! Some finds left me with questions. A vase from an unknown maker — is it worth it? I'm not sure. Then a box full of costume jewelry, knives, a mortar and a set that I think might be silver. Further on: a tea glass holder, figurines, masks, a cute parrot piece, an old, rusty Zippo lighter — could it be original? — and, believe it or not, a whole pile of money. Toward the end I found a tea set with a teapot and sugar bowl, souvenir plates, a bucket of pins and badges, cameras, vintage binoculars, model cars, medals, watch parts for repair fans and a mysterious lighter with a surprisingly high price tag.
