SeaDoo Switch Tank Adapter

If you like these videos, please subscribe. This video shows how to install a Yacht Devices Tank Adapter in a Sea Doo Switch for displaying the remaining fuel in gallons on your Garmin. It is an addition to the Yacht Devices Engine Gateway. If this has helped, please like and subscribe. Note: PK/BK should be connected the positive (red) wire on the Yacht Devices Tank Adapter and the PK should be connected to the ground (black) wire on the device. The video shows the reverse. Due to the nature of the device and SeaDoo gauge, it didn't seem to make much difference, but to do it right, make this adjustment. Here is their answer: "BRP fuel level sensor is not just a resistive sensor, but a stepped one (you can check it on your sensor). So, you have only 9 fixed values for this sensor, and this can not be fixed by calibration. Сalibration can only refine these fixed values." So you will not see the gallon by gallon drop on your Garmin. You will see a step drop similar to the bar gauge on the multifunction display (only reading gallons).
