PTV Analog Switchoff Advisory (on Analog TV)

PTV-4 advisory for the analog switchoff in Mega Manila scheduled to be set on November 2026 (should be on 22). Viewed and recorded from AV.mate TV/AV/PC box. Side note: It's kinda weird that their analog switchoff PSA started to show up now (just a month before the said event) when, as per the memo itself, it should have been shown since mid-September.
