Illinois Central SW14 Leader | Alabama & Tennessee River Railway

With the constant upgrades happening to motive power on the railroad, I've found it harder and harder to film lashups that really rival the ones we were seeing on NS and CSX 8, 9, or 10+ years ago. However, that's where short line operations come in - where you can truly never know what can happen! That was exactly the situation on January 6th of this year. I went down to film one of my favorite short lines, the Alabama & Tennessee River, which has an awesome variety of power.
