Back when I was a child, I use to get so excited over these trips, waking up early, cooking, packing, get on a big bus with the whole family and sometimes a few friends and we head to the beach. After having fun, eating, splashing all day, we would go to KFC and just tour the town of which ever parish we would go, eat again (mainly fast food and junk food) then go home. Even as an adult I still look forward to these trips and now my kids do too.
