Commission broadly यह जानना चाहता है: • Post और Cadre का exact name • Post किस organisation/office में है • Recruitment Rules कौन से हैं • Rules किस year में notify हुए • Present Pay Level क्या है • Group A / B Gazetted / B Non-Gazetted / C classification • Sanctioned Strength कितनी है • कितने posts लंबे समय से vacant हैं • Educational Qualification क्या है • Mandatory Experience कितना चाहिए • Recruitment का mode क्या है • Promotion channel क्या है • Latest Cadre Review कब हुआ 1 January 2026 तक की Strength Departments से sanctioned strength और organisational position की information 1 January 2026 तक के reference से मांगे जाने की बात video में बताई गई है। इससे Commission को यह समझने में मदद मिल सकती है कि officially sanctioned posts और existing manpower structure में क्या स्थिति है। 5 साल से ज्यादा Vacant Posts Annexure-L का एक important point ऐसे posts की identification है जो लगातार 5 years से अधिक समय से vacant पड़े हैं। यानी Commission सिर्फ total sanctioned strength नहीं देख रहा, बल्कि long-term vacancies भी अलग से capture करना चाहता है। लेकिन यह data collection अपने-आप में vacancy filling का order नहीं है। Recruitment Pattern भी मांगा गया Commission ने appointment modes का percentage breakup मांगा है, जैसे: • Direct Recruitment • Seniority-cum-Fitness / Promotion • Departmental Examination • Deputation • Other Modes Video के अनुसार अलग-अलग modes का total 100% होना चाहिए। इससे किसी cadre का actual recruitment structure समझने में मदद मिल सकती है। Promotion और Career Progression Annexure-L में promotion hierarchy से जुड़े detailed fields भी हैं। Departments से पूछा जा रहा है: • Immediate Feeder Post कौन सी है? • उसका Pay Level क्या है? • Promotion के लिए कितनी minimum service चाहिए? • Feeder Post की sanctioned strength क्या है? • अगला Promotion Post कौन सा है? • उसका Pay Level क्या है? अगर multiple feeder या promotion posts हैं तो अलग rows में details देने के निर्देश बताए गए हैं। Cadre Review पर खास Focus Departments को latest cadre review का year बताना है। Video में बताए अनुसार review history को अलग periods में capture किया जा रहा है, जैसे: 2020–2025 2015–2020 2010–2015 2005–2010 और अगर इससे पहले भी cadre review हुआ हो तो उसका year भी देना होगा। इससे यह समझने में मदद मिल सकती है कि organisational structure समय-समय पर review हुआ है या लंबे समय से unchanged है। इससे पहले क्या-क्या Data मांगा गया?
