Every Hokage vs Pain: Who Actually Saves the Leaf?

If each Hokage took Tsunade's place during Pain's invasion, who could beat the Six Paths, stop the village from being destroyed, and keep the people alive? Every Hokage gets the same three tests: Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, Kakashi, Naruto and Shikamaru, with Tsunade's real result as the benchmark. Rules: each Hokage fights alone, at the power they had in office (older Hiruzen, Hokage-era Naruto with Kurama, Shikamaru as interim Hokage). No reanimated allies, no later upgrades.
