Conrail's Last Day In Sidney, Ohio

From 5/31/1999: I spent the last night of Conrail documenting the final trains to pass through Sidney. Traffic was plentiful, and the weather, while not sunny, was pleasant. The closing sequence is the last Form D issued to Sidney Local WSSI-87 under CR ownership, to operate between Ansonia and Spafford.
