Is DBD's NEWEST Gen Regression Perk ACTUALLY Good? Scourge Hook: Monstrous Shrine was recently completely reworked and stripped of it's original effect. Obviously Monstrous Shrine was a very underused perk, and because of that reason, BHVR decided to remove the sacrificial speed up and replace it with a 200% regression effect when you are 24 metres away from a Scourge Hooked survivor. This perk is very difficult to read before playing any games with it, and I could not tell for the life of me if it is actually good or not, so today I ran some super sweaty games to see if it is worth running.
